Contact Form 7 for WordPress is probably the most popular contact form plugin. Out of the box you can easily set the email address to send the contact form submission to like so:
You can add in CC and BCC recipients in the Additional Headers section like so:

The Additional Headers field can handle the Contact Form 7 short-codes as well, so you don’t have to set a static email address there like the example shows.
