American River Healthcare

American River Healthcare provides home health, hospice and in-home medical care across the Sacramento region of Northern California. Their nurses spend much of the day on the road visiting patients, so we built them a custom web application that plans optimized routes for each nurse's daily visits. Less time driving between homes means more time with patients and simpler scheduling for the office.
